Unfortunately, out of my three batteries, today the second battery is found to be swollen! So I left only with one for the time being. And both swollen batteries have less than 25 flights, always kept under DJI user manual instructions.

Please DJI, do something for your customers. It is not possible to pay almost 7 Euros per flight with DJI Mvic 2 Pro. This is not fair!

They are 1 year old. One of them has 17 flights and the other one 23.

The warranty on M2P batteries is six months but I have seen cases of DJI looking past that and replacing swollen ones for free. Perhaps contact your local DJI service centre and see what they can do.

It seems that 2018 had lots of dodgy batteries. Pehaps quality control was not up to the job at the suppliers to dji. Dji seem to be very stum on this subject.

That doesnt solve it.  If anything its an admission from DJI there is a problem they cant solve.

They've gone from 10 to 5 to 2 days in firmware updates now so they clearly know theirs a fault with the batteries.

I now have 7 swollen batteries. Every one under 30 flight cycles.  Those were an original batch, a year later and another only 7 months ago.

Ive started making holes in the case to stop swelling.  Its exactly what you're not supposed to do but has solved the issue.

I'd rather not as obviously its a really stupid thing to do.  However i had nothing to lose by doing it.
There IS someone on youtube with a video showing it.

But basically a safety pin, very carefully roughly in the middle.  But don't. You really shouldnt!  ITs a terrible idea for many reasons.

Usually down to 25%.

That should be fine. If you fly down to 5% regularly that would cause the bats to swell.
