On my smart controller I switched the video settings to record in h.265 and accidentally recorded the media to the smart controller. Now I have no way of getting that footage off of the controller. Is there a way to do this? I hooked it up to a computer and I got the prompt to download the media, but when I selected the second option to download nothing happens. I NEED THIS FOOTAGE! Please help.

If the video is on a SD card, use a card reader connection to computer to search for the video file. I have a SC. Haven't tried connecting to computer with USB cable to search for files but this is the other thing to try.

I got it working! I had to hook up the mavic Pro 2 to the computer and it showed up that way.

The video is recorded to the SD card.  The controller only stores a low resolution cache.  
This is and always has been the case with the mavics.
