Can someone help, I already had the free version of DJI Flight Simulator, we just recently got the activation code for the Energy version, and the software is not letting us activate it, did uninstall and installed again and it doesn´t go to the window where we are supposed to type de activation code, are we missing a step or is it because we already used it as a free trial.

If your email account is already bound to the Free Trial Version, you can re-register a DJI account and fill in the activation code to activate the Enterprise Version.

If you need to use the original account, send an email to simulator@dji.com with the original account info and they will unlink your account in the management platform and then you can activate.
