I have 3 batteries that swelled badly. Is there anything to be done? Quarantee is ovet, I know, but these have been used only a few times.
What is Dji resbonsibility?

I would try to open a ticket with dji
Sometimes, sometimes, they will go over the std. warranty period on batteries.
You do have a low charge count. How old are they?
Did these ever see a complete charge drawdown, as in less than 5/10 percent?
Have they been subject to heat? Charged hot/warm?

No I have not open ticket. Batteries are one and a half years old and not going under 10%. Never need to go under charge count.

I think its time for DJI to make a statement about these batteries,  not a week goes by without swelling batteries popping up on the forum.

The Air 2 batteries with melted holes in worry me a bit too.

Thankfully there have only been a few of those - I've got around 15 charge cycles on each of my 4 MA2 batteries with no issues at all but I'm monitoring it...

I don’t believe! Now I have tree more swelled battery! These are self-heated version for Enterprise Mavic. How Can I use these for SAR operation if the quality is so bad?
I invest 4K euros for this RPAS.

Talking with Dji Support, they solve my issue. They send me new batteries. Thank you Dji
