It's been a while I have used my Phantom 3 Pro which was working without any probems. Now I shot a video and I notice white lines/dots all over my video when I checked in my new Mac computer. Not sure why this happening, I have tried several videos and it's same. Any inputs are more welcome. I have attached a image how it is.

Hi, just to verify, is this issue only with the video? Could you please upload a short original clip to Dropbox/Google Drive to check the details?
At the same time, please try to change a different SD card to see if this is related. It is suggested to use SD cards with write speed faster than 60Mbps and grade higher than Class 10 can be used (Make sure it is written speed. Most SD cards notify only average/maximum write speed or read speed).

Very basic, have you cleaned the camera lens (very carefully with a proper lens cloth)?

Thank you for getting back, after checking, you may need to send it in for service as it is a hardware issue.
Please fill out the online repair request on our official web and then send it back. Here is the link: https://repair.dji.com/repair/index
