Too bad DJI said it is wear and tear so I have to pay for the cover replacement but they also did mentioned it should not be a big issue for time being unless the crack getting bigger. There are also frames under the cover so it should hold the arms. Here are some photos on how i reinforced it using epoxy glue and also the frame under the cover.
