The camera is working ok . In dji go 4 app it says gimbal over heat and in a minute or so the gimbal will completely stop functioning.

Hello there stevew4444. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Before the error started was there a hard-landing or a crash that happened before on your DJI Spark? In addition may we verify it is Gimbal Overheated or Gimbal Overloaded? Thank you.

Yes a hard landing is when it started. It will bounce from correct  operation to overheat when this happens camera tilts to one side and the go 4 software says gimbal overheat not over load.
