I had to send my Osmo Pocket controller wheel back to DJI as one of the functions was defective. DJI sorted the problem under warranty very quickly and efficiently. Thanks DJI

Guess it was a quick and cheap fix.

If only they would fix their software, getting their Android app up to par with the iOS. It's been a year.

Maybe android phones should be brought up to par ...

This is the advantage of dealing with a company with international support and having products obtainable from real shops.  With some competing devices, your best bet if it becomes defective is to throw it away.   And then its cheap price isn't so cheap after all.
