Hello, I was trying to take a video indoors with manual color and exposure settings. Before clicking the record button with the current settings everything seems fine, but when I click record all the colors look black with weird green spots.


The same thing happens in AUTO mode as well. Before cliciking record everything looks fine, everything looks black with green weird highlight spots after clicking record.

Any suggestions?

Weird. Does it work ok outdoors? What device are you using and what SD card?

mavic mini with fast sandisk 64gb card, it seems like a color issue, when in AUTO mode color sometimes fixes itself, but this shouldn't be happening in manual mode, I should get the picture I am seeing in the remote shouldn't I?

Yes, you should. That's why I think it could be the device or card.

It will not have anything to do with the SD card, the card has no effect at all on the image quality. More likely it is a camera fault. Does the menu have an option to reset the camera? If so try that.
