OK ... your initial post suggested that everything is overexposed, but that vid shows you are concerned about just some elements being overexposed.
The camera metering is setting so that the average of the whole scene is properly exposed, but you can always have some elements that are much lighter and brighter than the average and that's quite normal and something to be careful of.
There's no way to have darker or shadow areas equally well exposed as bright white surfaces in sunlight because the contrast is too big.
But shooting in overcast weather solves the problem.
White subjects in a darker background are a real issue with a bright sun.
I find that the overall exposure of my drone's camera tends to slightly overexpose and setting the exposure compensation to -0.3 gives a better result in most situations.
