Just export your video in 4K from your editing program and then upload it to Youtube.
After a couple of hours your video will be 4K in youtube.

Aloha Suren,

     When you upload to YouTube, it is a two part process.  The first is basically the lower resolution versions that can be immediately viewed, but, and I am not too sure on that, if you view the video too soon it may interfere with the full processing of the video.

     The first part is the basic upload, the second part is the processing and decoding of the higher resolutions.  It can take a half hour to an hour for the full high resolution video to be processed.  I usually just do it at night so I am not tempted to mess with it!  The next morning - voila!  High res video!
