Crashed my Mavic mini. After contacting DJI support, I paid $286.45 for the drone itself and the battery.

The original invoice indicated that $0 shipping fee was required, so I paid. But a few days later I received another email asking me to pay an additional $147 for shipping.

I purchased my fly more combo only $449 (Canada version, free shipping) but now I am asking to pay $434 total for a drone and a battery ONLY?

Contacted online customer service last week, but haven't received a reply. Can someone follow up on my case? Thanks!

They did the same thing with me.Charged 171 usd for outside usa shipping(i think within usa should be 0$).Then after 2 months and after 30 emails 2 posts and 40 comments they refunded me 124$.This money was used to pay the customs in my country becouse dji declared full price 399$ for a replacement when they could just have written 20$ on the label.its procedure they said.Pffff im not buying again from them they are very slow and unorganised
