I love that lense but why DJI don't support it?

What to support? This is fully manual lens.

@Matt, you don’t know why we need manual support because you don’t have x7/Laowa 9mm.

When you work with X7 you can’t mount the Laowa like Dji lens. You need to power on you Inspire2 with a Dji lens and do a hot swap with Laowa 9mm. It’s not professional (like Dji products...)

We need the support of manual lens to avoid the hot swapping problems (dust on sensor, direct sun light on sensor, x7 drifting and calibration

You can’t record If you mount Laowa lens without hot swap...

Dji is not professional.

Oh, I wasn't aware of such annoyance indeed, my bad. I have no issue mounting fully manual lenses on X5S camera ...

X7 is different

Sorry what do you mean you can't use on x7?  I use it safely without any problem ... what problem does it have?

No picture if I mount Laowa without hot swapping. Same thing on my two Inspire2.

L'ho comprato e usato senza problemi sulla mia x7 ... impostato messa a fuoco e diaframma ... decollato e ho scattato video e foto

Hello, is there any solution for this issue?

I just bought this lens for a shoot tomorrow and when i put on the X7 its terribly unbalanced, does this cause a problem and or how did people fix this?

I 3D printed a large profile that goes over the lens and glued a lot of fishing lead in to balance it.
Otherwise its way to back heavy and will stress the motor.
