Hola. No puedo actualizar el firmware del inspire 1. una luz amarilla sigue parpadeando, y cuando verifica el SD no sale nada, solo la carpeta bin. Gracias

You have to use the right firmware and let it do its thing for like 15 minutes.

You have to have the "right" firmware.  If you are flashing a v2.0 X3 on an Inspire 1 X3 Pro it won't work.  If you are using an Inspire 1 Pro X3 on a v2.0 X3 it won't work.  If you are flashing an X5 on an X3 it won't work.  If you are using an x3 firmware on an X5 it won't work.

I had the same issue and was worried it bust.   You need to use the right format for the microSD.  I think it's FAT32 or it won't work.

If you have an Inspire 1 Pro X3 I can give you the stock and modded firmware.  I still have them.
