your president is planning to put up a firewall for the entire US territory to block Chinese connection. This could also mean, your apps, depending if he finds them safe or not, can be blocked from the app stores (Apple / Google). This could mean that apps won't be updated, no firmware updates, ... etc.

Not worried.  It's actually a two way street.  

China has blocked some non-Chinese apps, put restrictions on web search engines, and blocked access to quite a few popular websites.

From a recent thread, with links to article on DJI GO-4 security, Google (Android Apps) does a poor job of checking and enforcement.  Would say Jay is naive.
