Hello,
I recently had my dji P4P repaired (case n°CAS-4524215-Y9G6F8). The whole procedure was carried out without any particular problem. The only thing that i need (and has not yet been sent to me) is the invoice concerning the costs of the procedure.
I have tried to sent several e-mails to both the costumer support and the e-mail addres specific for these vat refund.
I hope to have the invoice sent to me sent asap.
