I understand my question may be a bit obsolete.... since Spark & Crystalsky is a bit outdated on year 2020.

My question is I have difficulties to setup Spark in DJI GO 4 within Crystalsky (5.5)! As the status bar on top left corner of the screen always said the GPS signal is weak!


For more information.... I connect the Spark, controller & Crystalsky with wifi in my flat ... As I am waiting the (ordered) OTG cable to be delivered.


May I know if I should test it again outside my flat (or on a open ground)?

Hello there Ben. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Can you please try flying your DJI Spark to a different location with less interference to see if the issue will still persist? The said DJI drone might have picked up magnetic interference from the area. That might be the reason why you are experiencing these issues. Please keep us posted for further assistance.
