Hi, bought a Ronin MX brand new a few years ago.
I tried to set it up when it first aarived with no success. too busy so put it aside thinking i'm doing something wrong.
Every now and then, I try again to set it up in the hope i can get something to work.

just tried again now.
so here are the problems.
It wont connect via bluetooth to the app.
It wont connect to PC via software.
It says my serial number is invalid.

Its like i never bought it, just gave DJI £1300 for nothing.
please can anyone help.

I'm having a similar issue with mine. I'd had it working over a year ago, and it got shelved and hasn't been used since. Switched phones since then. Took it out today to go out on a shoot with it tonight - it will not connect to the DJI Assistant app via bluetooth. "Cannot find devices. Please check if your device is on!". It is on. I've tried power cycling it, hardwiring it to the PC with the software there, restarting the phone, taking the battery out and putting it back in, nothing. Seeming like this thing just isn't working at all.
