HI, iv upgraded my inspire 1, by adding the new vibration board and high heels, i am trying to upgrade to the x5 camera, i have downloaded the files to an sd card and after extracting put into the camera, but it doesnt install, i keep getting the DDDDDDDDDDDD noice not the dd dd dd etc

I have formated my card, and then loaded and tried to install still nothing.

any suggestions to try would be appreciated, it seems dji is phasing out the inspire1 info for upgrading i cant find appropriate info

Did you put proper *.bin file on SD card? For Inspire 1 Pro?

i started with inspire 1, and it said that file was allready current so i tried inspire 1 pro, and even raw, and tried to install about 5 x each

Hmm, assuming that the SD card is of supported type, formatted properly and only the *.bin file with FW was copied to it, I'm running empty on ideas. Perhaps try different card ...

@sidesumi - did you ever manage to upgrade your firmware? There are a few tricks you can use to upgrade to the X5.
First be sure you have the official FW with this name: WM610_FC550_FW_V01.11.01.50
The FC550 is your camera.
Make sure your Remote Controller is also up-to-date.
If this does not work, there is a way to force an update, but that's last resort. Did you manage to  update it already?
