Hi! I wonder if anyone can assist me please ? I’ve just attempted to power up my sparc remote control and it’s dead as a dodo, this was fully charged 2 weeks ago and hasn’t been used since.   No lights come on even when with the charging cable inserted, it has been left on charge for a couple of hours now and still no response. Upon depressing the power button no lights flash as normal?  Does anyone have any bright ideas ? Thanks in advance JD

Sounds like the battery is dead - try shipping it back to DJI for replacement

Just wondered whether there was a magical reset somehow ?! DJI support case raised 2 days ago, hopefully DJI will respond today at some point. Cheers JD
