I crashed my mavic air into the side of a house shattered into pieces, I have DJI care refresh , I sent my mavic in but dji emailed me asking me to send in detailed info how I cashed my drone and they needed flight records and a few other things but all I want to do is have it replaced can someone help direct me please here’s my case number: CAS-4700322-V8X3L3

Are you saying that DJI Care Refresh will not cover accidental pilor error crashes?

No I’m saying I crashed my drone and sent it in to have it fixed but after I sent it in I noticed I have the option to have it replaced instead of having it repaired but I don’t know how to find the page to make the changes from having it repaired I want it replaced since I have dji refresh . I can’t find the correct page to make the changes please help me thx
