If only they would add the digital zoom to the M2P too.

Tested: Zoom is impressive 4k is really good and 1080p at x4 gives amazing reach maybe not usable for filming but great for inspection or just getting that extra reach. All the gimbal changes are great Yaw is subtle but pitch and smoothness are excellent and will make for some really nice improvements to footage. My favorite addition was recording in sport and using gimbal pitch in 4k 60 the captured footage is incredibly steady and for anyone attempting sport footage this will be great. Haven’t tried the hyperlapse yet later.

No app crashes I’m using iOS . Hoping the Smart Controller will get update soon. This craft is truly amazing considering all it’s features improved camera the way it flys signal Ocysync and most of all Price, it must be like buying that old VW Beetle for the first time.

Yeah I’m not sure why they don’t , as the 4k is very usable especially when down grading to 1080p for you tube Instagram etc. it would be a really nice update. And 4x 1080p is a must for all peeping TOMS ;+)::::

Sadly I think the M2P is probably a forgotten product now.

I would love to see the FPV goggles working with the MA2.

I’m not sure why they were left out, unless dji are developing new goggles or concentrating on FPV drones and goggles. It’s a pity I don’t use them myself, but so many do. Really dji should come out and say definitively if they are or are not going to introduce goggles for Air2, it’s frustrating for those interested .

Agreed, I'm not into racing fpv thing but I would love to use the goggles & head tracking feature in my event videography. As we already know the tablet / phone screen visibility during the day is tricky. The goggles don't have this issue. And while doing events you always have an assistant with you to keep looking for dangers.

It looks like DJI is cooking something (maybe a new model) as the old goggles are out of stock everywhere.

Indeed, they should tell people what they intend to do in this regard.

Just tested it myself with three flights - the digital zoom is fantastic - now I know why all of the yaw and gimbal sensitivity settings came about as the speeds appear must faster when zoomed in. I love this drone now!

Can’t say 100% but I don’t think so, but cropping in is pretty much the same as digital zoom

Nah, I tested that first mate - sadly no zoom on stills - at least not with this update.

I am not a big fan of hyperlapse, but wondering if the picture interval has improved from 6 seconds like with the 8k... is it shorter for 4k?
