Hi guys,
I'd like to ask you about your experience with DJI repair center in Netherlands.
I bought a MA2 and crashed it 2 days later...

I'm going on holidays in September but I'm affraid I won't get it back from DJI by then. UPS is saying it was delivered Friday morning 07.Aug but case progress inquiry is still 'To be received'.
How long did you guys had to wait before your Mavic was repaired by DJI in Netherlands?

Quick update in case someone will have the same question.

- Case opened 02.Aug.2020 10:17:10
- Shipping label received from DJI 02.Aug.2020 evening
- Package sent with UPS 03.Aug.2020 9am
- UPS delivered package to DJI 07.Aug.2020 11:15
- Received by DJI 11.Aug.2020 14:41:00 (took 4 days but keep in mind in was a weekend)
- Damage Assessed 12.Aug.2020 16:02:00
- Payment Received 12.Aug.2020 16:45:03
- Repaired 13.Aug.2020 12:37:25
- Product delivered to UPS 13.Aug.2020 12:52:34
I will probably receive it in the next 3-4 days.

In terms of quotation:
- left front arm and motor destroyed
- propellers damaged
- battery dented
250EUR including shipment. Battery was the most expensive part but that's expected.

Overall, not a bad experience. Thanks!

I received repaired drone today but unfortunately it was send with my old dented battery.
I was charged for a new one but I never got one. Can you advice? Can I get a new battery shipped?
