I go to the Fly safe site and do a self unlocking. But I can't get past the part where it's asking for me to "Click on the pin to select an area to unlock" There is a pin. I can't double click it to do anything and I can't move on and submit. What's going on?
I cleared the cache. And unchecked zones and still won't let me get passed this. I put my controller serial in and when I hit submit the Click on pin message turns red.
This is really getting frustrating. This airspace has nothing in it. And I can't go there and fly because it says "You Can't fly in a. no-fly zone" in my controller while I'm there. And I can't "unlock it" here either.
Can someone else try to unlock "Bruce's Beach" on Highland in Manhatten beach? Even if you don't live anywhere near here it will validate whether it's me or something else.

Yeh doesn't work for me either, tried 3 different browsers. No way to click on pins anywhere.
I have the same problem ALL the time. .. It's annoying how much effort you have to put in just to fly 100'! Ridiculous. That's why I bought an Autel.... I don't have to deal with this BS.

Same damn thing here. Cleared caches with 3 different browsers on two different MacbookPros.
I just about done with DJI (4 Mavics Pro, ProZoom, Mini, Mini2) and this sort of basic juvenile web coding just irritates me off. 40 years of directing software development houses and when I see this kind of crap coding it just irritates me off. I'm about to spring for some other drone companies product.
When will DJI fix this application. In Canada there is no restriction on flying a sub 250g drone yet DJI requires you to go to the DJI fly safe and request an unlock. Absolutely rediculous to have us do this when the authorities responsible for Canadian Airspace has no issues with it. DJI needs to update their Map ASAP. I now understand why some of the people I have spoken to about this have gone to other manufacturers for their drone.
DJI please provide us with your reasoning why you are limiting our use of our drones? Thanks
