Does anyone have more specific information about the input voltage range for the MA2 car charger?

Most of the other DJI car chargers are listed typically with input voltage range 12-16 V, some also seem to support significantly higher voltages (for cars with 24V systems i assume).

For the MA2 car charger the input voltage is simply specified as 14V, which is obviously not the reality, as in real life it always has to be a voltage range.

The reason I am asking is that I want to get a car charger, but in addition to using it in the car I also want to be able to use it connected to a power supply. Most of the power supplies I have available are higher voltage than the output from the car socket, typically either 15V or 19.5 V (large laptop power supplies).
