Hardware: DJI Phantom 4 - Samsung S10 (SM-G975F) soft version Android 10 and Samsung S7 edge (SM-G935F) soft version 8.0.0.


After the last firmware update (with cell phone) my drone doesnt send image to my phone so i cant flight properly.
The second time ive tried to see if it, at least, flight without video it looses control, did a flip and stays upside down. After that the camera went mad pointing wherever.
When i tried to reinstall the firmware (with a pc) it gives me an error (10 times uploaded error log) so i have factory reseted it but the error still 0cyJAgAABAgQIECBAgACB8gWKJMeBPMXxjG2WYuFQ6/Oh/GVjBAIECBAgQIAAAQIECBCookAqcvwPkNWEmiOW4DAAAAAASUVORK5CYII=[/img]


Please help me.

Hi Susan. Thanks for answering me.
I think its not damaged. The accident occurs when the drone was landed. It gone crazy and flips with one foot in the ground, like it was stuck.
I have test it again and it flies without sending images to the phone.

Hi Stephen. The exact model is  DJI Phantom 4 Advanced.
Im trying to update it from the "DJI Assistant 2 for Phantom" app instaled on a windows 10 PC.
Can you please give me the exact link to where i have to go?
