Just got my Mavic Mini today, charged everything, and when i was trying it for the first time one of the motors (front, right) doesn't move. Even if i try to spin it with my hand it doesn't move freely like the others. This doesn't let me take off since it says something is blocking the motor.
I am new into this, i don't know what to do

Was the package sealed ? Could be a faulty unit.

I don't advise you try to run it anyways (for example dusting it and lubricating) as the affected motor could overheat and cause seizures mid-flight. I think you should return the product.

Yes, it was sealed, bought it from Apple. I already contacted support and i will be sending it to DJI so they can evaluate it.

Already packaged it, will be sending it tomorrow through UPS.

Sorry you got a bad egg there. Let apple know so they can replace your unit. Strange they do not test this stuff before it gets sealed up.

I used to work as a corporate test engineer. The bosses always reminded me that testing was a non-value-added operation. I sometimes reminded them that management was also non-value-added even more so ;-)

Wow. I have the same exact issue. Took it out of the box, and have a sticky right front motor!!!
