Hi

I have a problem with the DJI Phantom 4 RTK and PPK RAW data file.

When i make a flight the PPKRAW.bin and Rinex.obs is just 0 bytes, totally empty.

Using
- DJI RTK Remote(with screen) - newest firmware
- DJI Phantom 4 RTK aircraft - newest firmware
- No RTK Basestation or Network RTK is used(entered in the menu but not used) 4G sim card inside.

The file on SD Card DCIM/SURVEY/100_0003/100_0003_PPKRAW.bin and 100_003_Rinex.obs is just 0 bytes = empty.

Anyone can help ?
Do i need to disable RTK, do in need to buy Cloud PPK ?

Do anyone know how to enable PPKRAW.bin file, do i need to enable or disable RTK menu ?

I have the same problem with the Matrice 210 v2 RTK.
I was using the CrystalSky with DJI Pilot, and setup a Mapping-Flight.
The Image-EXIF-FIles are containing the RTK position but I did not get any byte into "XXX_XXXX_PPKRAW" or "XXX_XXXX_Rinex.obs".
I tried RTK and network-RTK...

Turn off RTK.

About PPK cloud there is no need for that.

Hi all

Yes i did fix the problem - the problem where a hardware fail on the Phantom 4 RTK, and connection cable inside from RTK data where missing or loose DJI did say,
so i shipped it for RMA repair with the error description, and DJI Europe did fix it(cannot remember if they did exchage module or whole aircraft - i think they exchange the whole aircraft with new)

After this it where fixed, and the files where more that 0 bytes.

You still ofcause have to set settings correct(as i remember RTK off for PPK to work)

Try making a RMA case, and see if DJI can fix the hardware error.

My dji P4rtk suddenly stops record the pos file.  The file size is zero.  In India, no support provided by dji.  Is it possible to do it ourself for this issue?  Please help
