Hi all
Yes i did fix the problem - the problem where a hardware fail on the Phantom 4 RTK, and connection cable inside from RTK data where missing or loose DJI did say,
so i shipped it for RMA repair with the error description, and DJI Europe did fix it(cannot remember if they did exchage module or whole aircraft - i think they exchange the whole aircraft with new)
After this it where fixed, and the files where more that 0 bytes.
You still ofcause have to set settings correct(as i remember RTK off for PPK to work)
Try making a RMA case, and see if DJI can fix the hardware error.
