Hey all... I'm tring to figure out the calculation to determine how high I need to fly to capture an area in a photo...I have a property to shoot "top down" that is 1,400 m long by 650 m wide. I need to provide a max/height for the flight as part of a clearance from the local airport but I have no idea how to determine what height I will need to be cleared for...? Anyone know of a calculator for this?

I fly a Mavic 2 Pro.

Actually it probably doesn't matter because we're capped out at 400' anyways...

Check out the trial of drone deploy,  it can automate creating a map of the area by taking lots of photos and sticking them together.  

The Air 2 camera has a field of view of 84 degrees. You can use the tangent function to calculate the altitude needed to capture a certain distance, 1400 m in your case. Imagine aIt looks like you'd need to be about 777 m above ground level to get the entire property in the frame.
