Hi colleagues,

I bought a new unsealed Mavic pro 2 few weeks ago, and just activated 3 days ago. Since the first moment I have been trying to upload it to the newest version, but I can't... Every time I try it I have the same error: iOS (iPhone 6s plus) and Android (note 10 plus): 0x02080103 and PC DJI Assistant: 0x22...

I have contacted DJI support and they say I have to send it to repair...that it can't de replaced... I really don't like to repair a brand new and without use drone...

Do you know any solution?

I think a moderator has to move it.. but it seems to be pretty easy to put posts in the wrong place on here, you see it quite often.
