Hi Marulitua, sorry for that case happened. Just to verify, did anything happen before this issue starts, like a crash or hard landing? Please turn off the aircraft, try to rotate the gimbal by hand to check if there is anything stuck or not; After that, please restart the app and the aircraft to check if the self-check of the gimbal is normal. If the issue still persists, kindly please contact our support team via http://www.dji.com/support to open a case and send it for a diagnosis. We'll do our best to help this out. |
