Great, can we all see the parameters making Dolly Zoom using Premiere?

For a software/digital effect, it is very good.

I normally don't care much for it even when used "successfully". To me it is usually too distracting. I suppose there are exceptions but I can't remember more than one or two. I never even cared for it much in the classic Hitchcock films. Sorry.

Hello, it's pretty simple to do, In the effects options, you select scale put a key point at the beginning of your sequence increase the scale to 200% then you go to the end of your sequence and put the scale back to 100%. here you have the DollyZoom effect

This would be a normal, but not a dolly zoom effect. How should the filter know which object should get the other focal length? Do you mask that  ?

As you can see from the video, the effect is there, no mask, As the drone advances and with the settings I gave it works even if it's a digital Dollyzoom. If you want to "define" an object you can play with the position to center the object. Try
