The island is called "Jodo" or "bird island" because it is shaped like a bird flying. It is a large island on the head and a small island on the tail, with a total of 70 people living in six large island households and 24 small island households. The first village to be built when you ride the tides at Mijo Port is the large island of tides. This is a small island with a town hall, with few households living here. Arriving on a small island, the moorings of the Jodopogu are divided into two. It is a small moorings separated by a mid-water breakwater, along with moorings surrounded by external breakwaters protected by Sambal.
It's the same structure wherever you go. This is because the external breakwater prevents large waves. The island seen from the front of the outer breakwater is a hollow form in the middle, enough to give the impression that the island is connected to the island. In the middle of it, there is a two-story Early Door Village Experience Center. Turning to the large breakwater that connects the northwestern tip of the island, there is a low mountain right in front of it, as if it were behind the breakwater. Located on the left side of Mijo Port, the hill looks so close to the harbor.
