I bought a mavic mini yesterday

I have fully charged the batteries

I have dji fly applications (redmi 9 pro phone)

after charging the battery, the drone does not turn on at all.
the lamp did not turn yellow or green once

drone broken?

help!

Just double checking here:
1. Are you using the right switch on sequence:  (a quick press of the power button, release for 1/2 second, then an immediate long press for 3 seconds)
2. Have you removed the charging cable?

I don't turn it on on the charging cable. I have to do it?

Yes. I unplugged the cable and the ready LED and it does not light up.

it did not come on at all in the colors specified in the manual even once the battery was charged.

As Ian says "double press the "on"  button and hold until all the lights turn on from left to right"
to turn off it's the exact opposite

From the Mavic Mini manual

it works!
it helped to turn on for 1/2 s and then for 3 s

how to turn it off now after flying?

Just keep flying until battery runs out JK, same way you turn it on.  Good luck and don't fly too high, too low, too far and too fast.

To power off the said drone kindly please press the power button once , then press again, and hold for two seconds to turn the DJI Mavic Mini off. Have a safe and a happy flying always.

at least, look for a video on youtube that teaches how to do it ...... not even that lol

things I did before buying my first Phantom 3 SE drone : I watched all the related videos

same with Mavic Pro and Mavic Mini
