Hi there, I bought this Ronin SC in Feb 2020 and it's only been used 3 times.

The PAN and ROLL axes are now making an audible clicking noise. In particular the PAN Axis makes a clicking noise only when turned in one direction. Not the other direction. The ROLL Axis makes a very audible single CLICK when axis is turned all the way then turned back.

I'm doing this all when the unit is off, but the camera is properly balanced. I have checked the balance via the app and all three axes are excellent. I have factory reset the unit. I have also auto tuned. However, this noise happens when the unit is on and when the unit is off.

Is this normal? Is this something others are seeing?

Just taken delivery of one tonight and mine is doing the same thing in Pan, oddly in the opposite direction to yours. Did you find a resolution?
