Many of you know that Portland Oregon has been in the news a lot lately. On this night (day 73)
the protest left downtown Portland and ended up at the police precinct about 2 miles from my house. So the wife
and i decided to go see it. I grabbed my Osmo Pocket and my Mavic Zoom, we decided to park in a parking lot
a block away where there was no other cars or people just in case. Well that was a bad decision, shortly after take off
I was approached and asked if i was the pilot and then the lasers. After landing and getting in the car we were chased
by people wearing gas mask and riot gear. That very precinct was set on fire.

A little too close for comfort.

Oh wow,   pleased you're OK.   I didn't realise the riots were still happening as they are no longer mentioned on the news and I like to listen to morning Joe on MSNBC most mornings.

They are not talking about it because the feds left and they are not
targeting the federal buildings now just the local officers. I think we are on day 80.
BTW I'm MSNBC now.

That’s some crazy stuff Woe. Glad you and the wife got out of there safely.
We had protests right down the road from my place in San Diego. It was a very tense week to say the least and I didn’t like being on edge that whole time either.
