Hi All,
Flying a Phantom 4,


I see there are some threads on this from many years ago, but none have solved my issue.

I have filed both custom unlocking and self unlocking, and I can not see the Unlocking list shown in the tutorial (http://flysafe-api.dji.com/en/help/unlock) on my device.

I have tried the following things:

• Relaunched App
• Logged out/in
• Reinstalled app
• Multiple devices
• multiple accounts
• updated/insure up to date on everything from fly safe database to firmware
• I have tried multiple internet connections
• I ensured my flight controller number is the correct one as shown in the DJI app.
  

Where can I find the unlocking list and add it to my Phantom?


I attahced a screenshot showing how the unlcoking list catagory is not there.

Any help would be appretiated,

Welcome balonny !! It must be some internal problem of Dji (servers), I have seen several users with this same problem, I hope that the moderators here take note

Thanks for the info...I assume there is no fix at the moment?
