Unboxed Battery DoA couldn't even activate drone due to that, how can i check if you can send me a new battery or i can send you the faulty one?

Sorry to hear about the issue. Could you please tell me the date you purchase the battery? You are suggested to start a service case at https://repair.dji.com/repair/index, fill out the info and attach the proof of purchase, then send the battery back for service.

is the fact that it has not yet been activated enough? I read on a different forum that you just require the qr key and activation date to check if it is within the 6 months of warranty

Hi there, sorry for the inconveninece caused. According to DJI's after-sales service policies, You will need to provide a valid proof-of-purchase, receipt or order number (for DJI Direct Sales) for the warranty service. Thanks for your kind understanding.

i see so it is a policy issue unlike microsoft etc who just ask for a serial and they replace faulty hardware units. Thanks for the info
