Hardware:  NAZA-M Lite, AT9S Pro transmitter, R9D2 receiver, RC Electronicparts.com 30A LV brushless ESC

NAZA-M Lite motors still spin at low throttle.  When I throttle up the motors spin faster.  I suspect I need to tune the NAZA-M Lite controler such that it responds to the transmitter throttle properly.

I am new to drones and I think I have most of the setup kinks workd out asside from this issue.

Anyone have any advice on this?  Am I on the right track?
