Wow, this is really strange.  I ordered August 9 a Mavic air 2.  I have been worried because since Aug. 14 all it says is Pending Delivery Date.  I too fear it is lost or stolen.  How long do I have to wait until this clears?  How long after it is overdue should I open a paypal dispute?  This is bad.  FedEx is messing up.  My order number is

I think your drone may be stuck in customs @ Memphis, TN. I had the same problem. FedEx told me it could take up to 2 weeks to get cleared by customs.

Without a doubt, this will be my last dealings with DJI if this is the case.  I think I am going to contact obth Paypal and my Visa to get this all cancelled.  I don't need the grief.

I canceled my order, had it sent back to DJI, then I ordered the same drone from DJI through Amazon. 2 days shipping, hassle free, $20 cheaper. It turns out it's customs fault. Everything is being held up. Not just products from DJI.

How did you cancel.  I emailed them and they said they cannot but rather send it back or refuse it then wait weeks etc.  I think its time for a dispute with my paypal and visa.

Did they update your delivery time this morning? They updated mine. However, I'm going to have to refuse the package so that it will be sent back.

Yeah it looks like my package would have delivered today. However, it's being sent back to the shipper. I'll have to wait a few weeks for my refund I'm sure.
