Buena Tarde People !

Tengo una pregunta basica,soy nuevo con mi Phantom 4 P v2.
Y es que si reconoce la SD pero no esta guardando las fotografias en la memoria, lo hace en mi celular.
Los videos si los logré encontrar en una carpeta diferente en la SD pero no en la DCIM - 100MEDIA

Por favor, Cual seria la configuracion o los pasos para arreglar esta falla?

I have a problem with me PH4 v2, Today.... i can make my first flight, but the pictures are not in SD, they are stored in the phone.!!
The video is stored in SD but in other folder, different to DCIM - 100MEDIA

Hi. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused. With regards to this concern. May I know the model of the SD card you are using please? Kindly please try a different recommended SD card to isolate the issue. For more details about the recommended SD card, please refer to the image posted below. The problem is Solved.
You only have to format the card from the drone. Now all files are saved in SD
