Hi
I had so bad experiment with Dji support.
My Mavic 2 zoom is lost, It is a new one, but the firmware is currupted and need a new softwear to install on it...
So I sent it to Dji support in Neitherland, it took only 2 days to fix firmwaer, but instead to send it back to me,
the dji support sent it to another persson in another country.
Now they do not kow what to do, so they lies and lies and lies.....
Now it is 45 days and still tell lies everytime i chatt with Dji support.
