Hello!
I'm the owner of a new A7 gimbal and after 2 flights i had a minor crash (just an hard landing).
Then i've checked all and all was fine except the gimbal.
It seems ok. No visible damages, no scratchs, motor rotates freely and it is balanced. But when i power on my s900 the z15 is silent.
No movements and no startup. The video output light is on as well as the ir shutter led.
I've a s900 with A2.
Any suggestion?

Hi does the gimbal motor have stiffness? Can you get video and control the gimbal?

Motors haven't stiffness. It seems like it's off but i can see the leds on (video and ir shutter).
It sounds like the zenmuse controller is freezed or uncalibrated and it gives no power to motors.
I can't control the gimbal but i have video out.

Please check the cable that connect the IMU and HDMI board, cable broken, loose or sth.

Did you solve this? Was it the IMU cable? I have the same issue with my GH3 gimbal.

I am looking for a resolution too. Same problem. Does anyone know what DJI charges for repairs?
