Hi. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused. With regards to this concern. As JetSam advised at post #2 kindly please try to calibrate the gimbal of your DJI drone to isolate the issue. If issue still persists there might internal damages that may be causing this issue due to the hard landing. It would be best to have our DJI support team to further diagnose, analyze and repair the said drone. Please note that the repair cost will depend on the warranty period of the said drone; otherwise, valid charges will apply. Thank you. |
