In terms of administrative area, Saryangdo Island, which belongs to Tongyeong, is located in the middle of Hallyeohaesang National Park, and consists of three islands: Upper Island, Lower Island, and Hasu Island. Saryangdo Island is visited by 200,000 tourists a year, especially about 5,000 on weekends, to enjoy hiking and fishing. Climbing and Swimming are mainly on the upper island, while anglers usually visit the lower island. Jirimangsan Mountain, also known as "Saryangdo Jirisan Mountain," stands on the upper island, although it is smaller in size than the mountains on land, but is not inferior to the hiking course or Amreungmi. In general, the Jongju course, which runs from Donjiri to Jirisan (398m) and Bulmosan (400m) to Oknyeobong (303m) is 6.5km long, and it takes about 4 hours and 30 minutes to get to the mountain. It also attracts many hikers due to its outstanding rock peaks and rock peaks. Saryang is as famous as hiking in the mountains as sea fishing. In particular, there are about seven fishing points on the lower island alone, and there are many fishing enthusiasts who visit rockfish, sea bream, sea bream, sea bream, flatfish, and emotional sea bream all year round of the year.
On the upper island of Saryangdo Island, there is a paved road centered on the "Saryangho" dockyard, up Nae Village and down Donji Village, allowing self-driving drivers to enjoy about an hour of cool drive along the coastline. On the upper island, about seven large and small villages are located in every corner of the island. Each village Mada has private lodging and restaurants, and pine trees along the coastline, sweet potatoes and onion fields that stand out here and there provide a pleasant journey for hikers. And on the way from Saryangho Doseonjang to Naeae Village, there is the only Daehang Beach that is enough to cool off the summer heat.Walking down the coastline of the back road of the Saryang-myeon Office for about 15 minutes, a fine sandy beach is hung, and auxiliary facilities such as toilets, showers, campgrounds, and pagora are also well equipped.
