DJI rep,  How do I go about returning my smart controller for a refund? I bought it with my new AIR 2 in May because DJI said the drone would support the smart controller in the future, but here we are in August and still no support for it. I know there is obviously still more future, but I didnt think they meant next year sometime. I can find a better use for the $700 than a useless remote controller sitting on my book shelf. Thank you.

Hmm.....you won't get any refund more than 14 days i think.

my opinion is if you are willing to wait 90 days then you are probably willing to wait 180 days....I would give it another 90 days.

You may be out of time, probably best to contact on website if you get no response. It’s looks like all reps here are ignoring posts to do with SRC and Air2. I’m guessing some tech problems which is a shame I also have SC but at least I can use with other drones, but like you I expected it to be paired on first FW update so dissapointed .
I think you will be ignored which is incredibly bad form by dji.
