Hi, I’m looking at buying the mini and curious if when you put it into sport mode the gimbal goes into FPV mode just like the Spark?

No it doesn't. But you can enable fpv mode in settings.

They have a fpv gimbal mode so you can fly in any mode like that.

Can you set the gimbal mode to follow while in sport mode or is it stuck in FPV?

The Gimbal is in follow mode by default. You need to enable fpv in settings. You can switch at any time.

Thank you for the additional inquiry. As Denny-R advised at post #6, you can change the gimbal mode from fpv to follow while in sports mode. To access this settings please go to the DJI Fly then click setting > controls > gimbal modes. Thank you.
