Can Dji Osmo Mobile 3 edited with Premiere Pro?

Rather, the IPhone SE, you put on the gimbal with The DJI software that comes with it. After you save the raw footage can it be transferred to Premier Pro or some other third-party Editing software?

Most definitely.  The footage will be saved within the DJI Go app. YOu then save the videos to your device and then you can copy them to your computer.

Then you can open the files in Premiere Pro and edit them. I do this on my iPhone 8+ with the Osmo Mobile 2.

The iPhone SE doesn't fit the mobile 3 unless you put it in a case first,  ran into this literally yesterday.
