On Friday, I was using the Osmo Mobile 3 Gimbal exclusively in horizontal/landscape mode. Without pressing any buttons, the Gimbal, on its own kept swichting from horizontal/landscape to vertical/portrait mode. Is there a setting that causes this or a setting that can stop this from happening?

Thanks for the information. I've checked your video, may I know the model and OS of your mobile device? Have you tried other mobile devices to see if the issue persists or not?
By the way, should there any error message prompt in your app?
