How are you guys doing ?
I bought my Mavic 2 Zoom last week and I love it so far. Yesterday, I was playing with the DJI Go 4 and I don't know what I did and my screen now is not 100% full like before. So, my screen is 70% (the left side and right side are black).
(The sides that I marked in red used to be full edge to edge )
Does someone know how I fix it ?

It is not normal because my screen wasn't like that before. My screen was edge to edge from right to left without the black sides.

It is perfectly normal - the image in your bottom shot is because you have selected RAW photo which crops the frame to 4:3 ratio.

I see. So, I will check on that and hope it resolves my issue. I will post in here if my screen backs like the way it was. Thanks

I tried it selecting jpg and the screen didn't change.

I'm sure it will - double check your capture ratio in settings and reset to 16:9 for full screen due to the wider angle of the frame.

Hello, again! Finally I figured out how to fix it. With my cellphone connected to DJI GO 4, I went to settings on my cellphone that was FHD+(2400x1080) I changed to HD+(1600x720) just to check, so I returned to DJI App and wow.. finally it changed to full screen edge to edge.

Thank you so much for your help guys ! So, the problem was on the cellphone settings display and not at the APP.
